quick catch up

short post today, and just saying no to capitalization. typing one handed, on vicodin.

yesterday and today were weird for dieting, so no real posts. stayed smart all day yesterday, but because of surgery today, could eat nothing after midnight until after 2pm surgery; so i ate another minor meal at around 11:30pm last night.

ate nothing until 3:30ish today, and though famished all day before, found myself not really hungry after. ate some, but mostly tired and have a headache. will probably go to bed after posting. have a bad feeling tomorrow morning's weigh in will badly skew the week's average (downward) to something that may be difficult to keep when back in normal life.. today's (182.2) was wonderful to see again, though.

will try to post tomorrow, depending on how im feeling. hand doesn't hurt so bad, though, so should be all good. g'night all.
